Pesach-2024
Pesach or Passover is one of the most important Jewish holidays, celebrated in honor of the Exodus from Egypt. All related texts – Torah commentaries, prayers, songs, rules, and the story of the Exodus itself – are assembled in a separate collection, the Haggadah. Reading the Haggadah on the night of Passover during the holiday meal, seder, is an obligatory part of the tradition.
One of the important commandments for a Jew is to remember the Exodus, to remember that the journey was not only very long but also full of hardships and trials. It is important not only to escape slavery, it is important to leave it in the past and to remember to overcome it within yourself.
