Dear friends!
This morning we were shaken by the sad news – Misha Libkin, a wonderful, instantly lovable man, has passed away. He was a friend of our Museum not only in words, but in deeds. He was loyal, passionate and knowledgeable. Nothing foreshadowed the abrupt departure of such a young – Misha was only 42 – and life loving man.
Misha came to us as a member of the professional community: the Director of Development of ORT in Russia, the keeper of its history, an expert on the subject and the time period. He left us as a friend and a remarkable human being.
We are sincerely sorry for this loss, we mourn Misha and can’t help reflecting on the injustice of his early passing. In memory of Misha, we are publishing a drawing by his little daughter Genya, who gave us this cornflower.
